This includes cultural practice, spiritual awareness and preservation of heritage and sacred sites. We help facilitate access to private or restricted sites for cultural & spiritual groups as well as managing, maintaining and developing heritage sites for the benefit of all South Africans.
Preserving our heritage
We are actively engaged in the building and maintaining of community facilities so that the local community can practice a variety of traditional of cultural and spiritual activities. We have built strong partnerships with other spiritual, cultural and private organisations to ensure people can continue to access their traditional sacred sites. We are documenting, validating and preserving local history and stories that may only have been passed on verbally and may never have been written down.
We consider this work extremely important to ensure the younger generation has a chance to learn their history, embrace their heritage and understand the importance of the old ways before they are lost forever
